   SPECIES || Hellhound or "Barghest" A wide variety of ominous or hellish supernatural dogs occur in mythologies around the world. Hellhounds are known to be rare but powerful beast which once bound are eternally loyal to their master no matter the hound's personal feelings. Hellhounds are a creature of death, with each step they zap the life force out of anything around them. This power works well mostly in the human realm, Demon's are not easily affected by a Hellhounds presence. Angels can be weakened by a Hellhound's presence.

   OTHER FEATURES || He has a runic marking around his throat which symbolizes his 'leash'. A Leash is what binds Hellhounds to their masters making them absolutely loyal until their owner is changed or the leash is broken. It will turn red if the hound refused to do an order, which follows next is punishment. The leash can be use to cause physical and mental pain to the hound if they prove to be unwilling to follow orders.

   Positive trait || Positive | Efficient - Any job assigned to him, he will always to the best of his abilities. Even if he personally doesn't like it, he will get his kill. He likes things done a certain way, not necessarily to a perfectionist level however. Extra and unnecessary things bother him.

He doesn’t talk a lot usually but when he does its hard not to listen. Probably something to do with his voice.

BIOGRAPHY

*Small history for Hellhounds*

Hellhounds are prideful, but extremely loyal war beast, live in the very depths of Purgatory. They tend be in forest areas of Purgatory and lived in packs. Hellhounds are birthed from the flames left behind of their parent demon when they die. In the olden times, Hellhounds were signs of power, Hellhounds only grant their 'leash' to their master of choice. The 'leash' is a spell which binds a Hellhound with its owner. It was a way of showing loyalty. Normally, the hellhound still retains free will, which allowed them to ignore or even disobey orders if they feel it is necessary. However, other demons learned of another way to manipulate the binding spell to make the owner's control absolute even at dire situations. This was one of the many reason which drove Hellhounds into hiding. Having a solider that didn't have to eat or sleep and couldn't disobey orders? An invaluable and powerful resource which cause the "Hellhounds Hunts". During that time every demon was trying to get their hands on one, few succeeded and many died. 

*Lykos past*

Lykos was raised in a small pack of hellhounds. His pack had suffered greatly due to the war, the "Hellhound Hunts" being the prime reason. The more powerful members had been either forcibly captured and taken away or killed, Freya, Lykos parent demon was killed in one of the more recent hunter attacks. Lykos was born from her flame then raised by an older member, Dios who had become the pack head after Freya was taken. He and Lykos had an uncle to nephew type relationship, they occasionally butted heads but for the most part retained a very close family relationship. Lykos was going to become the new pack head since he turned out to be particularly powerful of his generation however a large pack of Hellhound Hunters found the pack before he was able. Lykos sacrificed himself to allow his other pack members to escape, he fought viciously killing at least half of the hunter before he was finally subdued.

The hunter were commissioned by Furcas to acquire a Hellhound, after he heard of their value. When they brought Lykos in he was extremely violent, tearing and ripping at anything he could. It wasn't until Furcas had finished the binding spell that Lykos was calmed down. Furcas then forced Lykos to take on a more humanoid form to hide what he was, the form was tailored to his likes. From then onward Lykos was force under Furcas's servitude, serving him both on the field and outside. He worked his ways through the ranks just like all the other but everyone knew that there was a secret about Lykos. Furcas's and Lykos relation is strictly master and servant however unlike when they first met, their relationship has become a lot better.

   PARENT DEMON || Freya, once the powerful and honored leader of her pack. She did everything she could to keep her people safe even at the cost of her life. She and Dios were very close, she was the one who asked him to take over and take care of her children if she had any when she died.
